Are you a recent graduate in HR or Human Resource Management looking to kickstart your career? Or have you already worked a bit with recruitment and are seeking a new challenge? We at Randstad are now looking for an engaged recruiter for a consulting assignment with one of our exciting clients in Gävle.

As a consultant with us, you get the best of both worlds: employment with a large employer and the opportunity to build a valuable CV through practical experience at the client site.

In this assignment, you will step into the client's organization and take full responsibility for finding the right employees. You will work operationally with the entire recruitment chain.

We are looking for someone at the beginning of their career who wants to grow within HR. We prefer that you are a recent graduate from college/university. To thrive in this role, we believe you have excellent collaboration and communication skills. You are driven and enjoy taking responsibility for your tasks. You are comfortable creating new contacts and building relationships.

The assignment period is from the end of January 2026 to the end of March 2026. Application deadline: 2026-01-16 (selection is ongoing)

Responsibilities

• Selection: Review applications and find the gems.
• Interviews: Plan, book, and conduct interviews with candidates.
• Administration: Handle reference checks, employment documentation, and authorization requests.

Qualifications

• Degree in Human Resources or Labor Market Program
• Experience in recruitment, parts of the recruitment flow, e.g., talent sourcer
• Available for assignment from January to the end of March
